Berkin Salgar (b. 1983, Denizli, Turkey) holds a B.A. in Business Administration from and an MBA from UC Berkeley. He is the vice chairman of Mercan Kimya and its Group companies. He has several licences: level 3 CMB, Credit Rating, Corporate Governance, and CICS International Accounting Control.  He is fluent in Turkish, Spanish, and English, married, and has two children.
