Cengiz Nayır, the Board Member and Company Advisor of Mercan Kimya San. Tic. A.Ş., organized a training course titled "Strategic Management" and "Family Companies and Institutionalization" at Mercan Kimya with the participation of all group company employees.

Mercan Kimya executives and employees attended this training held at Mercan Kimya. Cengiz Nayır informed employees about the Strategic Management Philosophy, Content of Strategic Management Definition, and Institutionalization in Family Companies and shared his experiences in business life at the seminar, where employees showed great interest.
