Harun Aydın (b. 1967, Izmit, Turkey) majored earned his BSc. in Machine Engineering from Yıldız Technical University in 1991.

He launched into his now 30-year career as a Kaizen Engineer at Pirelli’s Department of TPM Implementation & Coordination, before moving on to become (first) the company’s Purchasing Manager, then its Production Planning Supervisor, Industrial Relations Manager, and finally Logistics Manager (13 years in total). Then, he has also worked as Coca-Cola Turkey’s Purchasing Manager, Mondi Packaging’s Supply Chain Director, Akel Lojistik’s General Manager, and Yıldız Entegre’s Vice General Manager. He has been Mercan Kimya’s General Manager since 2018. He is fluent in Turkish and English, and has two children.
