Problem Solving with A3: KAIZEN

Kaizen (continuous improvement), alongside A3 are the keys to our success. Both teach us how to solve problems, and they’ve helpedus foster a permanent product provider Mercan culture. We set on our journey in 2019 in 9 departments through 25 improvement projects. In 2020, we’ve completed 43 projects. This year, we hope to complete 48 improvement projects.
