  • Every year, our HR department comes up with training and advancement plans for our employees according to various career planning and performance evaluation outcomes.
  • To us, our training policy means continuously improving our training and development practices by learning about organization, promoting creative viewpoints (and disparities), and enhancing continual leadership. 

OUR RECRUITMENT POLICY

  • Our company prioritizes all of our candidates’ competencies and potential when selecting and placing them. We also offer seasoned workers and young people with high potential career and development opportunities.
  • First, our expert HR team interviews the candidates over the phone interview (after our business unit approves them based on their credentials). Candidates who have met all of the requirements for the relevant position will then be interviewed face-to-face.
  • If they pass phase two, we then check their references and begin the proposal process. Candidates who fail recruitment process are notified of so over the phone or by e-mail.
