I know what loneliness and despair mean in the world of business. I’ve always stood by and appreciated my employees. I’ve helped them understand that we (our company) are a family. My ambitions have never taken precedence over my mind. I’ve always been grateful; I’ve never walked away from integrity and never lost faith in success.

I’ve preserved our corporate culture on the principle: ”Either I’ll do my work differently, or I’ll do different work.” We’ve always maintained good relations with our customers, both here at home (Turkey) and in the 85 other countries we do business in. We are honest in how we do trade, and do our best to offer solutions that people can count on.

We’d embraced and achieved institutionalization with our staff many years ago so that our organization would last for many generations to come.

We come up with financially feasible products for our customers, whom we often regard as our business partner – in fact, we strive to contribute to their success. We continue to develop new technology and products by investing in R&D (we have the only R & D hub in our industry!).
I want more than anything to continue working alongside my staff in a happy corporate environment. I also want our company to live on well into the future – a testament to the principles of our family charter.”
