Mehmet Sıtkı DEMİR

Having launched his career in the audit sector in 1991, Mehmet Sıtkı DEMİR carried out financial and tax audits across various industries for five years. Following this, he spent 15 years in senior management, board membership, and financial advisory roles for corporate companies in the food, precious metals, jewelry, and capital markets sectors.

Today, he continues to serve clients as a Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor.

He holds a master's degree in accounting and auditing, and speaks intermediate English.

Since 2026, he has been actively serving as an Independent Board Member at Mercan Kimya San. ve Tic. A.Ş.
