About the weaving paraffini
The tissue paraffin is essentially a solid or semi-qualitative lubricant (lubricant) used to reduce the friction that threads encounter during the weaving process. It is usually composed of a mixture of high-purity paraphin-based candles, synthetic candles and various additives.
Avantages and Benefits
| Criterion | Without the weaving paraffini | With a weaving paraffini |
|---|---|---|
| Datamality | High thread snap, frequent machine position (downtime) | Low dissolution rate, increase in machine efficiency (OEE) |
| Product Quality | Hair on the surface, irregular tissue, faulty fabric | Smooth, homogeneous fiber tension, less weaving error |
| Cost | Increased scrap, labor costs, low production speed | Depleting waste, optimized production speed |
| Machine Life | Speedy wear on machine parts due to high friction | Low friction, spare parts and maintenance costs drop |
